How to return a product
You can use the free returns offered by our store or return the goods on your own to the address:

Delivery time
The total order processing time is:
1. Preparing the order for shipment - usually within 24h or according to the information provided on the product page,
2. Delivery time - depending on the chosen delivery method:
- DPD Courier and InPost Parcel Lockers - usually delivered the next business day,
- Pallet shipments - usually 2-3 business days
Note! The order processing and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time it takes for the transfer to be credited to our account.
We will inform you about each stage of the order processing (also in case of a delay) by email.
Refund
We usually refund the money within 3-5 business days after a positive verification. In exceptional cases, the refund period can be extended to 14 days.
We return the funds in the same way the order was paid. In case of payment:
- PayU / BLIK => you will receive the funds via these services,
- by traditional transfer or on delivery => you will receive the funds to the account provided in the return form.

Complaint
1. Report a complaint by email to:

2. order number
3. number of damaged products
4. brief description of damages - e.g. scratched product, transport damage
5. write what you expect: exchange / refund / discount
6. attach photos of the damage
